We installed 19 rise construction grade stairs in 2 homes on the west side of Vancouver recently.  They fit like a glove and look wonderful.  Although the house is far from finished, the stairs still look great.

Plywood stairs can go in near the beginning of a project as they will be finished later on in the process.  We also do a lot of hardwood stairs, which are in essence a piece of furniture, requiring them to be installed near the end to minimize use during construction.
